Boy, do we have some great news to share! The Golden State Warriors and Kaiser Permanente have gotten together to start their Thrive City on Wheels program officially. What exactly is Thrive City on Wheels? It is a 6-week program to provide underserved communities fresh produce grown directly from the Thrive City Farmer's Market.
Although this is fantastic news, it gets so much better. All Good Living Foundation has jumped on board as well! Now that we've teamed up with Thrive City on Wheels, we'll be able to supply families in need at these four selected schools (so far), Wood Middle School, Paden, Ruby Bridges, and Love Elementary Schools.
Local vendors of the Thrive City Farmer's Market will provide fresh fruits, vegetables, and eggs assembled into individually prepared bags for needy families.
We look forward to working with Thrive City on Wheels. Doing good in our neighborhood is what it's all about!
